- Officer Cooper was present from LPD addressing the vandalism we’ve been experiencing. Stated to report it to the 441-6100 phone number if it is not an emergency. Also stated that any ring doorbell videos are very helpful.
- Pond Treatments. We’ve had good results with the new products we’ve used.
- Pond Equipment. Ryan has the bubblers going well and by this weekend he will have the fountain in place.
- New Park Equipment. Bucket Swing and Spinner are in place and being used.
- Lawn/Landscape. We will continue with the companies we have hired. They are looking good.
- Pet Waste receptacles. They have been removed and actually those commons areas look much better.
- Pond Fish. The last time the pond was stocked was three years ago. The board will put that on the “needs action” list.
- Out of towners fishing. A member brought up that they have been seeing more out of town license plates by our ponds. If someone sees this, they can either point out the “HOA Members Only” signs to those fishing or report it to the game and parks.
- Motion Sensor light may be needed in the park. That will become an agenda item for the board.
- “Unintended for age group” sign may be needed for some of the park equipment.
- Kevin addressed the budget to the group.
- 2024 Projects:
- New table for south pond as the old one needs replacement.
- Refurbish the pond equipment
- New chemicals for pond in partnership with Village Gardens HOA
- Re-mulch to park
- Continue renting winter storage or possibly purchase our own storage building.
- Stumps at pond need replacement
- Garage Sales run May 30 through June 1 this year. We will place appropriate signage up.
- Elected 2 new board members: Doyle Karst and Bill Blake
- Meeting Adjourned
Respectfully Submitted
